To reinforce our Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics team, we are looking for a Customer Logistics Manager for UK, ROI, and Belgium. In this role, you will oversee the customer supply chain operations of the UK-ROI business unit, ensuring timely and complete order delivery while optimizing costs. You will be the single point of contact for any logistics queries related to the customer supply chain in the retail and healthcare markets of UK-ROI.
Main Tasks:
* Lead and develop the Healthcare customer logistics team in Corby and the Warehouse & Transport team in Belgium.
* Monitor the end-to-end customer-specific supply chain and provide support to prevent disruptions and ensure perfect order fulfillment.
* Manage the performance of logistics providers involved in the customer supply chain.
* Improve supply chain KPIs and cost-to-serve metrics in collaboration with commercial teams.
* Manage the logistics budget and implement cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and customer service processes within an international context.
* Excellent command of English.
* Willingness to undertake occasional short trips within Europe.
* Proficiency in SAP SD module is essential.
* Broad supply chain knowledge, including planning, forecasting, purchasing, and logistics.
* Results-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
