Job Title: Administrator (1-Month Contract)
Location: Wakefield City Centre
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: 1-month temporary contract
Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide short-term support to a busy team in Wakefield City Centre. This temporary assignment will involve working with stakeholders and the community, keeping accurate records, and helping to digitalise paper files. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team.
2. Maintain accurate records and ensure data is kept up to date.
3. Review, collate, and input data.
4. Support the transfer and digitalisation of paper records.
5. Liaise with stakeholders and community partners.
6. Attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
7. Handle correspondence and enquiries in a professional manner.
Skills & Experience
8. Previous administration experience
9. Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
10. Confident with data entry and maintaining accurate documentation.
11. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
