Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Varies from day to day but are planned in advance

You will be responsible for
* Recruiting and training the best people for your team, ensuring they have the capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
* Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store, building its brand and providing customers with the right range, quality, and service to ensure they keep coming back.
* Leading your team in driving trade activity, and using your expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximize profit.
* Leading and building your managers' knowledge to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan and resource planned activities, ensuring that hours are worked when and where they would most benefit customers, and to identify and resolve root cause issues with sustainable solutions and continual reviews.
* Ensuring the safety of your colleagues is your top priority, and coaching the team to use all security tools available to provide a safer place to work.
You will need
* Excellent communication skills to share knowledge, experience, and best practices, working collaboratively with your team to deliver results.
* A welcoming and friendly attitude towards customers, with the ability to listen and understand others, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging environments, owning decision-making for the store, and acting quickly based on what is right for customers and colleagues.
* Drive and energy to exceed expectations, consistently doing the right thing and inspiring confidence in those around you.
* Awareness of competitors’ activities and a proactive approach to building and delivering initiatives to improve the store experience for customers.
