* Team Leadership: Motivate and manage Sales Advisors to achieve sales and profit targets.
* Customer Experience: Plan and implement shop merchandising to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Financial Oversight: Manage cash and payment systems in line with company policies, ensuring profitability through cost control.
* Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance with HR procedures.
