Full-time, Permanent role Location: RM20 3FN, Grays, Essex Salary: £35,000 Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (You must arrive ready to start before doors open at 8:00 am sharp) Job Description We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Representative to help grow Insulation Wholesale by managing inbound enquiries effectively while actively generating new business through outbound sales activity. This is not a passive customer service role, and it is not suited to someone who wants to sit behind emails all day. We need someone who is confident on the phone, commercially aware, numerically capable, and motivated by ownership and performance. The right person will take responsibility for enquiries from first contact through to outcome while proactively identifying opportunities, reactivating old customers, and helping drive store revenue. You will initially work closely with the Head of Store, with the goal of becoming fully independent and trusted to confidently manage the day-to-day sales operation.
