Account Executive Responsibilities:
* Generating new sales leads through referrals, networking, social media, internet research and direct contact with clients.
* Schedule and attend client meetings with the goal of engaging them to utilize our professional staffing services, project, and technology solutions.
* Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
* Manage client relationships throughout the staffing process; including presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, client preparation, debrief and salary negotiations.
* Manage client relationships throughout the assignment and placement of talent; continue to grow client accounts.
* This role is a full sale cycle position.
* This position requires occasional in person, client-facing meetings within the area of Boston.

* 2-8 years of “sales” experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.
* Someone who enjoys attending networking events, driving client interaction, and getting out in front of their customers.

* Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, strong-willed, driven environment.
* Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

* Competitive base salary + uncapped monthly commission.
