Customer Service Agent (Telephone Based) Location: Solihull Salary £25,900 Are you confident on the phone, customer-focused, and ready to take real ownership of your role? We're looking for a motor finance professional to be the first point of contact for our customers, dealers, and brokers. This is primarily a telephone-based customer service role where you'll deliver fair, compliant and empathetic outcomes - resolving queries at first contact wherever possible. You'll also support with account management and administrative updates across our digital systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. What you'll be doing: Handling inbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy Supporting customers who may be in arrears or showing signs of financial vulnerability Managing customer accounts in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty Updating systems accurately and completing essential admin tasks Taking full ownership of each customer's end-to-end journey What we're looking for: Excellent telephone manner and communication skills PC literate - able to type and talk with confidence Strong attention to detail and organisation Experience in a customer service environment A positive, proactive mindset If you're brave in conversations, positive in your approach, and ready to own your role - we'd love to hear from you.
