The role leads the Isleport Logistics Campus, manages 3PL contracts, and oversees facilities management of our Acorn House office. It supports the expansion of capacity and efficiencies through capital and low-cost improvements.

Essential
- Proven experience of successful leadership within large complex FMCG operations
- Proven experience as a successful cultural change agent
- Short shelf life / high care / dairy category experience preferred
- Experience of WMS/systems implementation preferred
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in relevant discipline preferred
- Post‑graduate management qualification preferred
- Recognised leadership qualification in Health and Safety preferred
