Our distinguished and successful client based in Mid Kent is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy and process driven sales team
Duties include:
1. Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with organisational requirements.
2. Build and maintain effective working relationships
3. Monitor stock-related data to support consistent product availability across distribution channels.
4. Support sales administration activities by coordinating order processing and ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
5. Check and approve incoming orders to confirm they meet agreed specifications and product selections
The successful candidate must have/be:
6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also capable of managing tasks independently.
7. Highly detail-focused, organised, and proactive, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
8. Skilled at detecting and resolving discrepancies, ensuring consistency and reliability in data or processes.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
