Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement a proactive HSE strategy across multiple sites.
* Act as a key member of the senior leadership team to drive the overall safety vision.
* Coach and mentor teams to embed a culture of safety best practices.
* Review, develop, and implement policies and procedures to improve safety performance.
* Manage accident investigations and identify preventative actions.
* Partner with operational teams to continuously improve safety performance.
Candidate Requirements
* NEBOSH General Certificate.
* Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, logistics, or warehousing environments.
* Proactive mindset with ambition to grow within the HSE field.
