Receptionist / Administrator - Must have in-date Standard DBS\n\nOur client in Brighton are seeking a temporary Receptionist / Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.\n\nDuties will include:\n\nAnswering and screening incoming calls\nBooking patient appointments and assisting with enquiries \nAdministrative duties to assist the smooth running of the practice Candidate requirements:\n\nExcellent customer service skills (face to face and telephone)\nMust have in-date Standard DBS\nSystemOne experience \nAble to adhere to strict information governance policies to protect patient confidentiality \nPrevious experience within a similar position (GP clinic)Approx 30 hours per week, ideally spread across Mon - Friday.
