About Our Nursery
Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Stevenage Great Ashby, a nurturing nursery with a capacity of 112 children. Our longstanding staff is passionate about providing children with the best start in life, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all. We are a two-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, linking us to the town center. We offer free lunch for our staff and free parking on-site, along with a day off for birthdays. Our Bee Curious curriculum fosters curiosity and exploration in children. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in early childhood education within a caring and vibrant team.

Role Responsibilities
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
* Skills: good communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
