Private Client Solicitor role based in Solihull
Are you ready to take the next step in your Private Client career in a supportive and established team? Our client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Associate to join our highly regarded team based in our beautiful Grade II listed offices in the heart of town.
About the Role:
You'll be joining a well-established Private Client department currently made up of three Solicitors (one retiring), a part-time Secretary, a full-time Assistant and a Trainee Solicitor.
The role involves the full spectrum of private client work, including:
* Wills and probate
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts and estate administration
* Tax planning
You'll be encouraged to manage your own caseload with appropriate support and you will enjoy your own office space. The firm is paper-light, and currently uses Clio case management software. While it is transitioning from more traditional methods, the firm welcomes those who can help drive that change.
The Opportunity:
This is more than just a replacement role - it's a long-term opportunity. While the current role is advertised as a Solicitor or Associate, the firm is open to this developing into a Head of Department position for the right person, either immediately or over time.

* A qualified Solicitor with experience in private client matters
* Comfortable managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong client care skills and a proactive approach
* An interest in contributing to the growth and development of the team
