The Role
Join us as a Content Creator and become the storyteller behind our rapid expansion across multiple industries. We're seeking a strategic and tactical storyteller who thrives on turning ideas into impact, someone who can craft compelling content that not only captures attention but converts prospects into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage Serve First CX’s social media presence, creating content that aligns with trends in CX, retail, hospitality, and Facilities Management
* Grow engagement through LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership, and customer success stories
* Research and write blogs, reports, case studies, whitepapers, and client proposals showcasing the impact of our solutions
* Develop case studies and testimonials across a variety of formats
* Create visual and written content for campaigns: landing pages, emails, sales collateral, and infographics
* Support content creation for proposals and presentations, working closely with sales and SDRs
Requirements
* 1+ years’ experience in content creation, marketing, or communications (B2B/SaaS/agency experience a plus)
* Strong copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to adapt tone for professional audiences across industries
* A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
* Confidence using tools such as Chat GPT, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
* Basic understanding of SEO, social media scheduling tools, and content management systems (HubSpot experience an advantage)
