Qualifications
As a Kitchen Assistant / Porter, your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain daily hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
2. Control and put away daily stock deliveries
3. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
4. Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chef
5. Clean and sanitise work surfaces, floors, and walls
6. Empty and clean waste bins
7. Organise and store cleaning supplies
8. Assist with unloading delivery vehicles when necessary
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
10. Report any faulty equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor
11. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
12. Maintain a clean and tidy changing area and staff facilities
13. Support other kitchen staff during busy periods
14. You will be required to work every other weekend.

* Rate Per Hour: £12.21
* Hours Per Week: 35
