The role We are seeking an outstanding and motivated Senior Associate to join our fast‑growing, market‑leading Private Client team. Based in Cambridge, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners Chris Belcher and Lucinda Brown on complex, high‑value matters, while also managing your own engaging and varied caseload. Occasional travel to our London and other offices will be required. Our team advises a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals, trustees, landowners and entrepreneurs. The work is intellectually stimulating and collaborative, with regular cross‑team input alongside colleagues in family, real estate and corporate. The role You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including: Estate and succession planning Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning Complex Will drafting Trustee powers and duties The establishment and ongoing administration of trusts You will have responsibility for running your own files end‑to‑end, including financial management, while contributing to the wider success and development of the team. About you You will be 4 years' PQE, with experience gained at a large regional or City firm, and a strong track record of advising high net worth individuals and trustees on complex private client issues. You will be confident managing your own caseload and building trusted client relationships. Completion of, or progress towards, the STEP Diploma would be highly advantageous.
