What You Will Do
* Manage the integration of features and systems on test assets, ensuring seamless functionality.
* Support cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated software to vehicle programmes.
* Lead and participate in problem‑solving initiatives to address complex integration challenges.
* Coordinate with multiple business functions to ensure timely delivery of features and systems.
* Maintain and update the Mainline Integration Plan (MIP) using JIRA tools, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.
* Assist in presenting progress updates to senior stakeholders through bi‑weekly showcases.
What You Will Bring
* Strong understanding of the Systems Design Life Cycle, including system definition, architecture, and integration.
* Proven technical project management skills with experience delivering complex mechatronic systems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
* Familiarity with tools such as CANalyser, Wireshark, and diagnostic tools.
* Preferably, a degree‑level qualification in engineering or a related field.
