Job Brief: We are seeking an organised and driven Trainee POD Administrator. Full training will be provided. Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 until 17:00 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour or depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Collect, verify, and process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers. Ensure all PODs are accurately logged and stored in the system. Liaise with drivers, depots, and customer service teams to resolve POD discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date records of deliveries and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support the wider logistics and admin team with general administrative tasks. Learn and apply best practices in transport documentation and logistics systems Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and time management skills. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
