About The Role
Location: Elgin
Hours: 35 hours / week or 21 hours / week
Shift pattern: 8am - 3pm or 3pm - 10pm
Pay: £13.45 / hour
Responsibilities
* Provide companionship, encouragement and light support with daily routines while respecting the individual's independence.
* Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support as required.
* Expand the individual's social networks and connections.
* Support the person in achieving their goals and outcomes through collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No prior experience in care is required; values, dedication and a desire to support others are essential.
* Commitment to continuous learning and development as supported by the organization.
* Full registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of start date.
