The leading UK manufacturer of high-quality drainage products and access covers is looking for a skilled Plastic Injection Mould Setter to play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

You will be working Monday-Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00.
As Plastic Injection Mould Setter, your will be responsible for:
Setting up and changing injection mould tools according to the production schedule
Safely starting up and shutting down machines, including trial runs
Fine-tuning machine settings to optimise product quality and cycle times
Inspecting production output and correcting defects
Performing basic maintenance on machines and tools, and reporting issues promptly
Following all health & safety protocols, including PPE and safe handling
Accurately recording machine settings, downtime, and quality checks
Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying ways to reduce waste and boost efficiency
We’re looking for a Plastic Injection Mould Setter with:
Proven experience as an injection mould setter
Strong knowledge of plastics, moulding processes, and machine operations
Confidence in fault finding and problem solving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
