They are now seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to support turnkey projects from concept through to installation. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD experience (preferably Creo), and a solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and gearboxes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer confident in full project lifecycle management.
Mechanical Design Engineer Job Overview
* Providing Engineering designs of new and existing products
* Managing and engaging with all aspects of projects from concept to installation and remedying issues as required
* Managing numerous projects throughout the project lifecycle from cradle to grave
* Creating Bills of materials
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors as required
Mechanical Design Engineer Job Requirements
* Extensive CAD knowledge and experience, ideally with Creo Elements 2D Drafting & 3D Modelling thought raining will be provided if necessary
* Strong knowledge of heavy Mechanical handling systems and equipment
* Experience working with Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Gearboxes
* Previous experience overseeing turnkey Engineering projects
* Based within a commutable distance of Congleton

* Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 12:30
