This is a pivotal role where you’ll set the direction for quality across the business, make key decisions on how to deliver our quality strategy, and ensure our approach is innovative, effective and pragmatic. You will work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers, acting as a subject matter expert, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring that quality considerations are at the heart of organisational change.

What you’ll be doing:

* Strong understanding of audits, quality measurement, data analysis and ISO standards (ISO17025 is essential - ISO9001, ISO17043 & ISO14001 would also be an advantage).
* Know how to develop, maintain, and embed Quality information processes, systems and MI that communicate key quality related information to management.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and support colleagues through change.
* Skilled in identifying root causes, driving continuous improvement and embedding quality into processes.
* Relevant auditor qualification relating to an ISO quality standard. Lean Six Sigma, Change Management or coaching credentials would also be an advantage.

What’s in it for you?

* 25 days’ holiday (rising to 29) with the opportunity to buy & sell extra leave.
* Flexible working hours, on-site gym, restaurant, and free parking
* The opportunity to take a paid day out of the office, volunteering for our charity partners or a cause of your choice
* Company matched pension, life assurance, a cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks’ fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks…and plenty more.
* Voluntary benefits designed to suit your lifestyle – from discounts on retail and socialising, to health & wellbeing, travel and technology
* Fera operates a LTIP ( Long Term Incentive Plan) under which all employees are awarded points towards shares in the Employee Benefits Trust on an annual basis.
