Responsibilities
The Office Manager at Magna Academy will lead a team to deliver excellence in front‑of‑house operations, providing a welcoming and informative reception and high‑quality administrative service for the academy. The role includes overseeing the daily administration of the academy office, line managing administrative staff, and assisting with the planning and development of support services.
The Office Manager will actively promote the delivery of high‑quality outcomes and will be required to use their own initiative, exercising careful judgement, tact and diplomacy.
Ultimately, the successful candidate will be committed to the belief that all students deserve an outstanding education, uphold our inclusive ethos, and take pride in belonging to the Magna Community.
Qualifications

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

* Flexibility and a sense of humour
* Fully conversant with a range of IT platforms and applications
* Qualifications at least to level 2 or equivalent
