We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Interior Sales Advisor (40 hours per week) to support our Retail Team, based at our beautiful Bath store. Which is set within a historic building peppered with period features and plenty of natural light- the perfect space to showcase our collection of furniture and accessories, having previously been the Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Good Deport, purveyors of "fancy goods" This Interior Sales Advisor will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, offering expert product knowledge and interior styling advice while driving sales and supporting store targets. The role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the business, including weekends and peak trading periods. As a trusted Key Holder, you will also take responsibility for opening and closing the store, ensuring security procedures are followed and supporting the smooth running of daily operations in the absence of management. Reporting directly to the Store Manager the Interior Sales Advisor is responsible for is providing an enhanced retail experience for OKA customers through the provision of outstanding customer service, product knowledge and enthusiasm for beautiful interiors.
