About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable
Rotational Executive Personal Assistant (PA)
to provide seamless support within a
prestigious private office environment
. This role is designed for individuals who have previously worked with
High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) or Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) principals
, and who understand the balance between discretion, flexibility, and 24/7 availability when required.
The position follows a
rotational structure
with another PA, ensuring continuous coverage:
* During
"on-shift" periods
(typically 2–3 weeks at a time), you will act as the principal point of contact, providing
round-the-clock support
across travel, scheduling, and day-to-day needs.
* In
"off-shift" weeks
, you remain active in the role with a more flexible rhythm, focusing on
administrative tasks, projects, and team support
, while ensuring smooth handover and continuity.
This structure ensures exceptional service delivery while offering a sustainable balance for the assistants in rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact during on-shift periods, ensuring all requests and priorities are handled with urgency and discretion.
* Manage complex private and business calendars, coordinating across time zones.
* Organize and oversee detailed international and domestic travel itineraries, including visas, flights, accommodations, dining, and leisure.
* Liaise with private staff and service providers to ensure smooth operations across multiple properties.
* Oversee personal administration including correspondence, bills, insurance, and other sensitive matters.
* Support projects, events, and engagements requiring meticulous planning and execution.
* Conduct research and manage ad-hoc tasks aligned with the principal's needs.
* Ensure seamless communication and handover with the other PA and the wider private office team.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a
private office, household, or HNWI/ UHNW environment
.
* Ability to thrive in a
rotational role
, balancing periods of high-intensity, 24/7 support with quieter administrative weeks.
* Strong knowledge of London (restaurants, cultural life, services).
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Professional, discreet, and trustworthy, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Native/fluent English and French are required
; Russian is a strong advantage.
* Confident with modern office software and communication tools.
* Familiarity with staff coordination and household management is desirable.
* Based in the UK (London area) with flexibility to travel internationally when required.
