As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery, coordination, and management of mechanical projects from inception through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all aspects of mechanical services projects, from design to handover. • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery. • Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource plans. • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. • Provide technical support and leadership to project teams. Essential skills & experience: • Proven track record as a Mechanical Project Manager within the building services or construction industry. • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and public health systems. • Experience managing projects from £500k to £5m. • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Sound commercial awareness and experience working with budgets and programmes. • Relevant mechanical or building services qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
