Job Responsibilities and Requirements

* Liaise with the cold end engineering manager daily and react to any cold end issues that may arise throughout the day.
* Attend weekly TPM meetings to reduce cold end downtime.
* Lead morning meetings to ensure the change team engineers are aware of daily expectations and job changes.
* Prepare cold end equipment for upcoming job changes to meet specifications.
* Participate in job changes, setting up and adjusting cold end equipment to maintain efficiency.
* Identify and rectify cold end faults to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.
* Modify and adjust cold end equipment as needed to ensure continuous operation.
* Complete job change sheets for accurate documentation.
* Communicate effectively with team members to maintain an informed and effective team.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety practices and follow risk assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experienced Apprentice Trained Electrical Engineer.
* Knowledge of relevant computer systems.
* Experience with cold end equipment faults.
* Understanding of equipment and process operations.
* Familiarity with cold end work areas and equipment.
* Understanding of engineering drawings.
* Experience in job change planning and continuous improvement.
* Ability to manage a team and report to the Cold End Engineering Manager.
