We are a growing joint Domiciliary Care Agency and Logistics Company based in Andover and we are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive AdministrativeAssistant to join our team. This is a diverse role supporting both our care operations and logistics department, offering excellent variety and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Domiciliary Care Admin
* Create and update care staff rotas and schedules
* Monitor digital care systems and update client/care records
* Handle enquiries from clients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Support recruitment: job adverts, interviews, DBS and compliance checks
* Maintain staff files, training logs, and documentation
* Assist the Registered Manager with audits and CQC compliance
Logistics Admin
* Book collections and deliveries
* Schedule drivers and prepare daily route sheets/manifests
* Communicate with clients and drivers regarding timings and updates
* Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and transport paperwork
* Keep vehicle records, maintenance logs, and compliance files up to date
General Office Duties
* Answer calls and emails professionally
* Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
* Support payroll with staff hours and mileage
* Order office supplies and maintain stock
* Provide general admin support to senior management
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Strong admin experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Professional and confident phone manner
* High accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable:
* Experience in care or logistics environments
* Knowledge of CQC compliance
* Familiarity with scheduling systems or TMS
* Driving license preferred but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
