Job Title: Adult Senior Practitioner – Substance Misuse Team Location : Islington Rate : £36 per hour An exciting job role has recently become available for an Adult Senior Practitioner. They are looking for a new member to join the Substance Misuse Team in Islington. What will your responsibilities be? As a Senior Practitioner, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ substance use history, mental health, family dynamics, and social support systems. You will provide counselling and therapy to individuals with substance use disorders, using evidence-based approaches to help clients identify triggers, develop coping skills, and set achievable goals for recovery.
