We’re looking for an ambitious On Trade Account Manager to join a market leader in the premium F&B sector. Covering Central London, you’ll build strong relationships, drive sales, and bring our premium brand to life across one of the most exciting markets in the UK. This role is ideal not only for experienced Account Managers, but also for General Managers and Supervisors from premium bars or pubs who are looking to make the move into sales. If you understand what it takes to deliver great service from the other side of the bar, and know how to sell to GMs because you’ve been there yourself - we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do: * Manage and grow key on-trade accounts across Central London. * Develop new business opportunities and partnerships. * Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring perfect execution at every touch point. * Deliver engaging trade marketing initiatives, training, and tastings. * Use market insights to stay ahead of trends and maximise opportunities. What We’re Looking For: * Experience as an On Trade Account Manager OR proven success as a GM/Supervisor in a premium bar or pub. * Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to build sales in the on-trade. * Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. * A passion for the premium food & beverage industry. Bonus points if you have: * Experience creating trade marketing strategies. * Knowledge of emerging trends in premium and artisan drinks. * Leadership or mentoring experience.
