Main duties of the job

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic multi-agency team dedicated to helping young individuals reach their full potential--physically, emotionally, and socially--through education and healthy lifestyles.
In this vital role, you'll be at the forefront of developing, leading, and delivering a diverse array of services tailored to children and their families across various settings. You'll be instrumental in providing a public health service aimed at enhancing the well-being of families in Bury, all while fostering powerful partnerships within the community.
