Location: Northampton
Contract: Full-time, 2-year fixed term (41 weeks + training days + 2 flexible weeks)
Pay: £170 - £190pd dependent on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and experienced individual to join a supportive secondary academy within a school within our partner Education Trust. We are seeking a Behaviour Manager to manage and coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the academy’s positive behaviour strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and embed a culture of positive behaviour and respectful attitudes.
Support students during lessons and social times, managing interventions such as lesson removals, seclusions, and reintegration.
Analyse behaviour data to shape impactful strategies.
Work directly with students and families to remove behaviour-related barriers to learning.
Provide training for staff and lead a small support team.
Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and first aider.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in pastoral or behaviour support within an educational setting.
Excellent communication, leadership and data analysis skills.
A commitment to student welfare and high expectations for behaviour.
