We deliver integrated services including mechanical & electrical, cleaning, portering, catering, security, and capital projects—many long-term PFI and output-based contracts.
We're seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role manages a portfolio of contracts worth around £30m in revenue, providing commercial financial support to contract managers and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports using systems like SAP, Coupa, and CAFMs.
2. Collaborate with contract managers and operational teams to ensure accurate, timely financial data.
3. Support budget management, including rolling forecasts, quarterly updates, and annual budgets.
4. Identify opportunities and risks early, helping improve forecasts and drive efficiency initiatives.
5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, advising on financial risks and influencing decision-making with insightful reporting.
What You Bring:
6. Must have experience as a Finance Business Partner in a similar role or environment
7. Recently qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
8. Experience in complex financial environments, with knowledge of SAP and CAFMs preferred.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
10. Ability to work under pressure, identify opportunities, and provide innovative solutions.
11. A proactive team player with the initiative to work independently and influence business performance.
