What you will do:
* Learn and implement individualised teaching programmes based on the principles of behaviour analysis.
* Work directly with pupils, delivering tailored instruction and support in both one-to-one and small group settings.
* Collect and analyse data to monitor pupil progress and inform teaching strategies.
* Collaborate closely with experienced teachers, behaviour analysts, and other therapists.

We are looking for individuals who:
* Hold a degree in Psychology or a closely related field.
* Have some demonstrable experience (paid or voluntary) working with children or young people, ideally those with additional needs or challenging behaviour.
