Are you a people person with a real passion for sales? We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Paisley Fiat/Abarth branch.
What’s the job?
As a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, your role will be heavily sales‑focused. Unlike traditional car sales jobs, you’ll be able to be yourself, showcase your customer service skills and enjoy every working day.
You will support customers from entry through to after‑sales experience, helping them find the right car and building strong, positive relationships throughout the process.
On an average day, you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer
* Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers
* Selling the appropriate sales package, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
* Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises
* Staying in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience
