What You’ll Be Doing • Handling residential (and light commercial) property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity • Managing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion • Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title, and completion statements • Liaising confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties • Supervising and mentoring paralegals and conveyancing assistants • Ensuring compliance with CQS standards, SRA regulations, and internal procedures • Meeting agreed fee income, billing, and collection targets • Playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the office About You • Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with a valid practising certificate or a Licensed Conveyancer • Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing (3–5 years preferred) • Experience with light commercial property is an advantage but not essential • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations • CQS accreditation (or eligibility) is desirable • Organised, client-focused, and comfortable managing your own workload What’s on Offer • Salary up to £50,000 DOE • Hybrid working and flexible hours • Excellent administrative support (two full-time assistants per fee earner) • Ongoing CPD, training, and mentorship • A genuinely supportive and approachable management team • Positive firm culture with team events and wellbeing initiatives
