Our users are diverse, and we are committed to embracing diversity of thought and experience within our team. We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our UK Services & Delivery team. You will be responsible for leading programme delivery and implementation efforts for some of the most critical public safety technology deployments in the UK. This is a pivotal role as we grow our footprint across the region and deliver mission-critical solutions to first responders. What You’ll Do If you were part of our team, here are some things you might have done last week: Delivered key milestones for Records Management System (RMS) implementations with UK police forces Worked cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to resolve project risks before they could impact go-live timelines Contributed to refining our UK delivery playbook to embed best practices as they relate to the PRINCE2 framework, Agile delivery, and ITIL-aligned service operations, in conjunction with our service management team Collaborated with UK public sector stakeholders to ensure compliance, adoption, and satisfaction across project phases Supported Agile sprint planning by working with R&D teams to identify tasks, ownership, delivery dates, and follow-on steps for configuration, testing, and validation Reviewed a lessons-learned session post go-live and used the outcomes to propose continuous improvement initiatives What You’ll Need We’re looking for a Programme Manager with 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technology delivery projects, ideally in the public sector. You should be confident in your ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously and be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing organisation. Must-haves: Proven experience delivering enterprise software programmes, preferably for UK public sector or public safety organisations - Familiarity with ITIL framework and Agile delivery methodologies - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities - Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands - A proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously It would be great if you also had: Experience working with police, emergency services, or government clients - Experience scaling delivery operations in startup or scale-up environments You’re likely to thrive here if you: - Are a clear and empathetic communicator - Excel at working cross-functionally and building strong working relationships - Are self-motivated, flexible, and driven to deliver impactful work Location This role is based in Greater Manchester, with flexibility for hybrid working.
