Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in London for a Co-Founder, serving as a statutory officer such as Treasurer or Nominating Officer, within the Great London Party (GLP). The individual in this position will oversee critical organizational functions, including financial oversight, compliance with statutory requirements, strategy formulation, and team coordination. Responsibilities include managing budgets, fostering relationships with stakeholders, providing leadership in shaping the movement's future, and actively participating in high-level decision-making.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills for financial oversight, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent Communication skills to articulate ideas, build consensus, and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Experience in Sales and Marketing for managing relationships and promoting the party's mission and initiatives.
* Proficiency in Research to support informed decision-making and policy development.
* Leadership experience and understanding of political or organizational frameworks are highly desirable.
* Commitment to the principles of fairness, opportunity, and solutions-focused approaches.
