Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule engineers for planned and reactive works across multiple contracts.
* Liaise with clients to arrange site visits, confirm access, and provide job updates.
* Manage job sheets, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Support the Contract Manager with contract administration, renewals, and performance tracking.
* Maintain excellent customer service standards - handling calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
* Monitor and update internal systems to track progress, deadlines, and KPIs.
About You
* Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, and administration, ideally within the fire, facilities management, or construction sector.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM systems.
* A team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
