Customer Service & Supplier Returns
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Supplier Returns to manage customer and supplier enquiries, returns, and warranty processes. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality customer experience while ensuring efficient return and stock control processes.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via JIRA and email, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Process customer returns and RMA requests in line with SLAs and internal procedures.
*
Manage onsite, advanced, and supplier warranty cases through to resolution.
*
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
*
Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and cross-shipments with suppliers.
*
Maintain accurate stock and returns records within Sage X3.
*
Monitor faulty stock, ensuring correct labelling, tracking, and timely return.
*
Work closely with internal teams including Finance, RMA, Technical Support, and Engineering.
*
Support continuous improvement through customer feedback and process adherence.
