Complex Care Support Worker – Chippenham, Wiltshire

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and confident Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and provide dedicated 2:1 support to a young lady living in her own home in Chippenham.
The person we support is a woman in her 20s with a brain injury, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and learning difficulties. She is fun, active, sociable and enjoys cycling, swimming, badminton, walking, exploring, and trying new activities and experiences. She lives in a purpose‑built home that she’s very proud of.
Pay Rates
Weekdays: £15.54 per hour / £16.19 per hour. Saturdays: £16.19 per hour. Sundays: £16.85 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor health and wellbeing.
- Support daily and nightly routines.
- Assist with mobility and personal care.
- Administer medication.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Keep clear and accurate care records.
- Work collaboratively with family and healthcare professionals.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
- Strong communicator able to build trust and positive relationships.
- Reliable, committed, flexible, calm, confident and able to manage challenging behaviours.
- Experience in complex care is desired but not essential.
- Happy working independently and as part of a wider support network.
