Location: Remote (Ideally located in the Midlands)
Job Type: Full-time
Travel Required: Occasional (events, internal training)
Start Date: ASAP
Onboarding: In-person onboarding and mentoring at our Setúbal office in Portugal. This role requires in-person training with the team in Portugal and relocation for approximately 3 months. All transport, out-of-pocket expenses, and accommodation will be covered.

Your Role
This role involves supporting our users and building a scalable support system. Responsibilities include handling support requests, creating tutorials and videos, improving documentation, and designing support processes. You will also help shape our support team’s growth and assist clients during onboarding.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to dental labs using our software
* Manage support requests via CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom)
* Create video tutorials and walkthroughs
* Deliver live training and onboarding
* Maintain our Help Center and documentation
* Improve workflows and identify common issues
* Share feedback with the product team
* Work two days per week with later hours to support US clients
* Help develop support processes and assist with client onboarding
Requirements
* Experience in a dental company or dental reception/admin role
* Strong computer skills and experience with CRM/ticketing systems
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Comfortable on camera for support videos
* Willing to work later hours two days a week for US support
* Proactive, organized, and dependable
