Strategic Sales Development Representative – UK, LHH ICEO
LHH Inside Sales Organisation has over 50 SDRs responsible for pipeline generation at the top of the sales funnel. We are scaling the team to support the International Centre for Executive Options (ICEO), a bespoke service for executives and the C-suite. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to work with the best in class ICEO Team. It is suitable for individuals keen to grow into a sales role as part of their long-term career development.

* Reports directly to the Sales Development Manager in London, UK

Key Responsibilities
* Actively seek new business opportunities and generate upsell opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking, with quarterly KPIs on opportunities and revenue closed.
* Own detailed Prospecting Account Plans for each account, thinking like a project manager.
* Collaborate with ICEO Directors, Client Partners, and Account Managers to analyze sales data and identify opportunities, improvements, and growth areas.
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in SDR roles and experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within enterprise accounts.
* Curious learner, keeping up-to-date on solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator for prospecting.
* Strategic mindset and curiosity to learn.
* Ability to work independently.
