Role Overview
The L&D Senior Facilitator is part of JLL’s global Talent & Development team. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and facilitating high -quality learning experiences that support employee growth and business goals. You’ll work closely with L&D Product Leads and Partners to deliver impactful development programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and facilitate learning programs across leadership, professional skills, onboarding, performance, sustainability, and other talent initiatives
* Run engaging virtual and in‑person training sessions (regional travel 5–15%)
* Design, update, and improve training content using adult learning principles
* Apply learning best practices to drive behavior change and real workplace impact
* Facilitate meaningful discussions on leadership, performance, careers, and development topics
* Ensure high learner satisfaction based on feedback and NPS scores
* Evaluate training effectiveness and share improvements with project teams
* Stay current with industry trends, tools, and learning innovations
* Adapt facilitation and communication styles for diverse, global audiences
* Support peers and team members with additional facilitation needs when required
Core Skills & Experience
* Strong experience designing and delivering leadership and soft skills training
* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for global audiences
* Deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
* Ability to deliver training through classroom, virtual, e‑learning, and blended formats
* Strong cross‑cultural communication and adaptability
* Good business understanding to align learning with organizational goals
* Strong project management skills; experience with Asana is a plus
* Highly organized with attention to detail and a “start‑to‑finish” mindset
* Technical & Educational Requirements
o Proficient with virtual learning platforms, LMS tools, and content authoring tools
o Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, HR, Training, or related field preferred
o L&D certifications (e.g., CPLP or equivalent) strongly preferred
