Summary: We are currently seeking an organised Administrator with strong scheduling and planning skills to support the rollout of our client’s new project. You’ll play a key role in coordinating field teams to carry out surveys, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations from start to finish. Key Resposibilities: * Plan daily schedules for multiple field teams to carry out Smart Meter surveys and installations. * Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey throughout the installation process. * Monitor programme progress to achieve high installation rates. * Maintain accurate data records in corporate systems. * Create work schedules for a variety of field resources. * Build effective working relationships with other teams to meet project milestones. * Align customer service processes with work schedules and project requirements. * Be a visible and proactive presence within the team, adopting best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across end-to-end processes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
