Are you passionate about early childhood education? Brimpton House is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to inspire creativity and excellence in our toddler room, catering to children aged 1-2 years. In this role, you'll work closely with other rooms to ensure smooth transitions and foster a nurturing environment for all.

Your Role as Room Leader
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences that cater to children's age and developmental stage.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs.
* Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
* Implement an effective key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
* Understand and comply with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Essential
* Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position: Desirable
* Knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable
* Understanding of the EYFS statutory framework: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
