Best Interests Assessor Who You Are We are looking for a qualified Best Interests Assessor (BIA) to join our dedicated Adults Safeguarding team in Denbighshire. You are someone who is committed to ensuring that statutory duties in safeguarding adults at risk are fulfilled, and you believe in the power of positive risk-taking to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes. You should be registered or willing to register with Social Care Wales. What the Job Involves As a Best Interests Assessor, you will undertake Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) legislation. This full-time role requires 37 hours of work per week for a 3-month period. You will conduct face-to-face meetings within Denbighshire, with office facilities available in Ruthin or Rhyl as needed.
