Operations Manager – Healthcare
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + performance related bonuses
Location: Bradford (with hybrid working)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

An award-winning and rapidly growing healthcare organisation is seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join their forward-thinking team in Bradford. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape service delivery, drive clinical excellence, and support continuous improvement across primary care services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring services are delivered to the highest regulatory and professional standards.
2. Provide leadership and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
3. Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and the leadership team to optimise service performance and enhance patient outcomes.
4. Manage KPIs, compliance, and clinical audits to monitor quality and drive improvement.
5. Support recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members.
6. Contribute to strategic business planning and client relationship management.
About you:
* Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a primary care or NHS setting.
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, NHS contracts (DES, GMS, PMS), and healthcare compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Experience using data to performance manage teams and services.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
* A growth mindset and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
