Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving B2B sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a team effectively while utilising Salesforce to track and manage client interactions.
Duties
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Drive B2B sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
* Conduct thorough analysis of client data to inform strategic decisions and enhance service offerings.
* Utilise Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing sales pipelines, and generating reports.
* Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
