The Role
As a Senior Corporate Associate, you will play a pivotal role within a highly successful team, handling a broad range of corporate transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on significant deals while also taking a leadership role within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing complex corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures.
* Providing strategic legal advice to a diverse client base across multiple industries.
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
* Playing an active role in business development initiatives, strengthening existing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
* Keeping abreast of legal and market developments to ensure the team remains at the forefront of corporate law practice.
Requirements:
* 6+ PQE Solicitor of England & Wales with significant experience in corporate advisory work, ideally gained at a leading firm.
* A strong technical understanding of M&A, Private Equity, and transactional work.
* Proven leadership and business development skills, with the ability to foster client relationships.
* A proactive and commercial approach, with the ability to deliver strategic advice under pressure.
* A commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
